UPDATED GIVEN DUE TO A HEALTH CRISIS OF CORONAVIRUS.
The registration file is complete if it contains :
- the internal rules signed by the student and the parents
- the registration form
- payment by credit card (1x to 3x) or by check (in 1 x or 2 x) payable to Alhg. (holiday vouchers accepted) Please note, for 3 members of the ALHG, you benefit from 30 E of discount on total contributions (for 4: 40 E (£34,99); for 5: 50 E (£43,74) …)
- the medical certificate will be given to the dance teacher imperatively at the first lesson, only if it is more than 3 years old *; for others, please consult the health questionnaire and provide us with a certificate stating that you answered “no” to all the questions
* you have received by email a summary table per student, mentioning if you must bring us a new certificate. For new students, this takes place at the Forum des Associations de Haute Goulaine, on the Saturday of the first week in September.
As far as possible, we ask you to favor payment by Credit Card via the Hello Asso site (take care of our treasurer Stéphane who already provides a lot of voluntary work, so if we can avoid him dozens of check deliveries 🙂
You can pay in 1 or 3 times on the day of registration.
